What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on weight. Each item you purchase is assigned a weight value. These shipping charges are estimates your actual shipping charges may be a bit higher or lower. If your charges are lower you will receive a credit. If they are higher you will receive a notice through with your balance due.

When will my items be shipped ?
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment. We ship orders out Monday thru Friday. Please remember there is no shipping on holidays.

Are all items in stock?
All items listed are in stock when the listing was created. We cannot guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime. We make every effort to keep our web site updated daily. If we are out of stock on a certain Item you will receive a credit for the out of stock merchandise. We do not hold your money or back order items that are out of stock.

Return Policy
We try to visually check against damage or defects prior to the shipping, however, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines. All returns should be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email the order number, item (s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return to Elaine@Cafebug.com. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and please include the copy of the RMA email from cafebug.com. Unless an RMA number is requested within 3 business days after the receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 3 business days from the receipt of the RMA number, return will not be processed and no credit will be issued. We will issue a new product or refund, if the product you purchased is no longer available, for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy. However, your replacement product will be shipped out for free. There will be a 20% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. All sales are final on promotional, sales (including closeouts), and special ordered items. All returns must have original complete packaging.
